Volunteers are the heart and soul of every social profit organization. But in order to grow and grow sustainably, organizations like FFWU need to invest in professional structures and full-time employees, making them less dependent on scarce and volatile volunteer capacities and enabling them to unlock their full potential. This is what we are going to do now.
Therefore we plan to employ our 1st chairman Sascha full time within the next year, starting with a half time job this summer. This will give us the needed time and ressources to develop FFWU, our projects and its sustainable funding.
