Our Team

All projects can be successful only because of the involvement and passion of our team. Therefore we introduce the current team. Of course, we are always striving to integrate new members and supporters of our team. Feel free to contact us.

Matthias Doherr

contact_matthias_100x140px Our Marketing Manager acts as a midfielder to provide strikers in the projects with dream passes. During his studies for Sports Federation North Rhine-Westphalia in YESS project the sports scientist has helped to train football coaches in South Africa. Now he continues this commitment in our team and assists with marketing, communication and project development. In the past he coached youth teams and at soccer camps of 1. FC Köln and is a passionate, albeit now more passive, footballer. To enable him to feed our projects with steep passes, he needs your forward lean. Choose to make a difference!

Josef Freund

Josef Freund Our administrative manager has been a football player since early years and also worked as a youth coach. Since he always cherished the joy of working with children, he worked as a kindergarten teacher as well as a voluntary English teacher in Tanzania. There he could practice his language skills as the linguist he is, focused on African languages, as well as observe the political development and sociology in Africa which his master’s degree was oriented in.
